1. Register online to host an Ice Cream For Breakfast Fundraiser between April 1 and December 1, 2012. We will send you a complimentary toolkit to get started.
2. Host an Ice Cream for Breakfast Fundraiser.
3. Raise a minimum of $500
4. Send the donations you collected along with the completed donation form to Give Kids The World at 210 South Bass Road, Kissimmee FL 34746. Donations and completed forms must be received no later than December 7, 2012.
5. Winner will be announced on December 17.
