About Give Kids the World
Give Kids The World Village is a 70-acre, nonprofit resort in Central Florida that creates magical memories for children with life-threatening illnesses and their families. The Village provides accommodations at its whimsical resort, donated attraction tickets, meals and more for a weeklong, cost-free fantasy vacation. Since 1986, Give Kids The World has welcomed more than 108,000 families from all 50 states and 70 countries.
Letter from our President
Dear Friends,
Of all the experiences our families share during their visit to the Village, the one that seems to delight them the most is having ice cream any time of the day — including for breakfast! For over 20 years, our guests have been enjoying ice cream for breakfast and we are excited to share that tradition with you.
Ice Cream for Breakfast is our an annual awareness and fundraising campaign. We invite you to give a “Scoop of Hope” to the special guests we serve. You can also host your own ice cream social in your workplace, neighborhood or your own home and celebrate one of the simple pleasures of childhood.
However you decide to celebrate, we hope that by taking a break for ice cream, you will think of the special children you are helping us serve at Give Kids The World Village.
